1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreePrompts.Store ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

FreePrompts.Store is a platform that allows users to discover, create, share, and organize AI prompts and prompt lists. The Platform provides tools for browsing, searching, favoriting, and managing prompts, as well as community features such as likes, comments, and notifications.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up‑to‑date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized or fraudulent use.

4. User Content and Licensing

4.1 Submission of Content. By submitting prompts, lists, comments, or any other content ("User Content") to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

4.2 Ownership. You retain ownership of your User Content. However, you understand that your User Content will be publicly accessible and may be viewed, copied, and used by other users in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 Representations. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and that your User Content does not infringe any third‑party rights or violate any applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third‑party rights.
  • • Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
  • • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  • • Encourage or facilitate any of the above prohibited activities.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by FreePrompts.Store and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform without our express permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEPROMPTS.STORE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
